James River Technical Communications Greetings from The Sunny South, north of the James River, west of Williamsburg, and east of Richmond, Virginia! I could say that I Spared No Expense to have our renowned, intra-state headquarters constructed here in the Commonwealth. (I’d like to say that, but it would not, of course, be true.)
What is Technical Communication? Technical communication is as diverse as our economy. We’re involved with information design, usability, quality assurance, marketing, editing, online Help authoring, instructional design, graphic & technical illustration, requirements analyses, design specifications, database & system architecture, and product guide books, for example. Experienced professionals tend to be good leaders and managers, though their résumés show a succession of independent, sole-writer, contracts.
We Offer… Will our performance—our products, services, and reasonable cost—blow you away? Well, we believe you won’t be frightened away. We believe, instead, that you will be surprised—happily surprised—by the quality and cost of our services.
Engage Us Do you need a technical communicator who is affiliated with standards-based organizations such as the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE)? Don’t you need technical communication solutions that comply with standards? James River Technical Communications has that expertise.
