Professional Summary

I am a senior technical communicator—a Web developer and a technical writer & editor. I trade under James River Technical Communications. My published work has earned awards of Merit and Distinguished Technical Communication from the Society for Technical Communication. Others say I have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

After all, I have over 35 years of experience in two careers, one in service to the public and the other in service to businesses. My experience is in system analysis, technical writing, editing, and desktop publishing. I am also rumored to be an effective leader, manager, and mentor.
