The Internet is mass communication today. Whether your organization is profit or non-profit, you need a Web face. And, it has to present you well. Visitors don’t spend more than a few seconds on a site when they search. They’re looking for information; if they don’t find it, they’re gone. I create Web sites that comply with best practices for SEO and marketing.

A good presentation helps you sell a product or a position. There are ways to create presentations, and there are better ways to do it.
Learn MoreFixed-fee pricing is best for you and for me. Although I strongly suggest a fixed fee for most projects, I work on a Time & Expenses—hourly—basis, too. Fixed-fee works best on longer term projects that are more complex; time & expenses, or hourly billing, works best when you have a document, blog, or brochure (for example) that you want me to edit and publish.
My pricing is geared toward small- and medium-sized businesses and individuals. I know you have to control costs; I do, too. I understand that, while you recognize your need to better communicate your messages, you may very well be inhibited by the spectre of using a large firm to create them.
I have solid professional skills; I work with and for you. I tailor my costs so that you can afford me. My contracts remove the stress you may expect from engaging a contractor.
I customarily offer my services for your project for a fixed, mutually-agreed fee. You’ll know what you’ll pay without regard to how many people are assigned to your project or how many hours I invest in the work.
I’ll conduct on-site and phone interviews to carefully and completely identify your requirements, build our estimate, and make you an offer for your project. When you accept my proposal, I work for the price in our contract—there will be no change unless you ask me to add elements to your project.
If you prefer, I will work for you on a time & expense basis, charging you for time expended and relevant, authorized expenses incurred.
The categories of labor I provide include:
The cost of each differs with the role and expertise required by the complexity of the assigned task.
For short-term, fixed-fee contracts, I require a 50% down payment and invoice the remainder when you accept my final deliverables. With longer term fixed-fee projects, I typically require 25% down and invoice you at quarterly intervals, the last of which corresponds to the conclusion of our project.
I provide a 90-day warranty for my services following acceptance of the final deliverable. In other words, if you find an issue with what I’ve done for you, I will make the change for free. This does not include items that were not included in our contract and statement of work or changes that you need to add after you accept the project materials I provide.
No. I am in business to make money. However, my services are reasonable and affordable. My products are never “cheap.”
Sales presentation must really stand out. Anyone can build a PowerPoint presentation. I do it effectively.
I build CMS sites that let you effectively market your enterprise for a fraction of the cost you might expect.
I develop easily used consumer documentation that reduces your customer service overhead!
