How Much does it costAre We Cheap?

No. We’re in business to make a profit, just like you. We’re not cheap, and neither are our products.

Fixed-Fee Pricing

We prefer this because it’s better for you and for us. We’ll conduct on-site and phone interviews to carefully and completely identify your requirements, build our estimate, and make you an offer for your project. When you accept our proposal, we work for the price in our contract—there’ll be no change unless you ask us to add elements to your project.

We customarily price our services for your project for a fixed, mutually-agreed fee. You’ll know what you’ll pay without regard to how many people we assign to your project or how many hours they invest in the work. We deliver on-time and within your budget, each and every time you use our services.

Time & Expenses Pricing

If you prefer, we can work for you on a time & expense basis, charging you for the time we’ve expended and relevant, authorized expenses we’ve incurred.

Labor Categories

The categories of labor we provide include:

The cost of each differs with the role and expertise required by the complexity of the assigned task.

Invoicing

For short-term,fixed-fee contracts, we require a 50% down payment and invoice the remainder when you accept our final deliverables. With longer term fixed-fee projects, we typically require 25% down and invoice you at quarterly intervals, the last of which corresponds to the conclusion of our project.

Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty for all of our services following acceptance of our work. In other words, if you find an issue with what we’ve done for you, we’ll make the change for free. This does not include items that were not included in our contract and statement of work or changes that you need to add after you accept the project materials we provide.

Off-site vs. On-site

We save you money by working for you from our site rather than yours. Why? You don’t have to provide us with:

If, however, you need one of us on-site daily, we’ll provide that resource for you.

We come to your site for interviews and project meetings, but you don’t have to expend any of your scarce resources supporting and managing us. We do that for ourselves, and we still deliver your materials on-time and within your budget. Depending upon the project, we may need you to provide us VPN or FTP access to deliver our work products for you.
