Web Sites

Brandylane Publishers, Inc.—We developed this Web site for a publisher using open-source content management software. The owner and his staff can modify the content, add and remove books, and manage user registrations from the Web browser interface without knowing (or needing to know) programming languages and code standards. The site provides critical information for authors seeking a publisher as well as permitting buyers to select books and pay for them online.

Acme Treadway Company—We developed this content management site pro–bono for a volunteer trail crew of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. Trail crew members and those interested in volunteering to work on a trail project can exchange information and register for project trips by registering with the site.

SouthShenandoah.Net—We developed this content management site pro–bono to support Appalachian Trail hikers and trail maintainers of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club in the South District of Shenandoah National Park. Hikers and trail maintainers can exchange information regarding trail conditions and add content features by registering with the site.

Columbia High School Class of 1970—We built this Web site as a a community service for alumni of a DeKalb County GA high school class. The site fully supports their reunions and other activities, and gives old friends and neighbors the opportunity to communicate using an open-source Forum and photo gallery.

Millfield Baptist Church—We developed this Web site for a Baptist church in rural Wakefield. Cable and FIOS Internet connections are not available, so we designed the site to work easily and quickly on dial-up connections. Additionally, we set it up to be managed using Adobe Contribute, allowing church staff to maintain their content without needing full-time support.

Diamond Cut Peace Spa—we developed this Web site for a local Certified Massage Therapist and her Spa.
