James River Technical Communications LLC respects your right to the privacy of information that may personally identify you. This Policy deals with such information (called ‘Data’ below) you provide us offline as well as at our Web site.

Personal Data

James River Technical Communications LLC (JRTC LLC) does not collect personal data for those guests who browse our Web site. JRTC LLC collects data about you only when you:

• Contact JRTC LLC with a question, request for services, or suggestion—We collect your name, e–mail address, and your comments. We use this data only to respond to you.
• Participate in a Promotion or Survey—We ask for your contact information (such as your e-mail address) and relevant other data, such as your survey preferences. We use this data to run the promotion or survey and, if you directly and explicitly give your consent ("opt-in") at the time we collect this data, to provide you promotional material.
• Register for a client or member account—If you are a client of JRTC LLC, we can, depending upon your project, establish a secure logon account to allow you access to your project while it is being developed. In this case, we may gather your name, company name, position, business phone, and e-mail address. We will provide you with your password to your project site.

Optional Data

Depending upon your response to a promotion or program (such as a survey) we offer on our Web site, JRTC LLC may give you the ability to submit additional, optional identifying data. We would ask this to help us better understand you and your needs. Optional fields are not required and are not marked with a red asterisk (*) as are required fields.
